Before, Burak Engineri used to be as bold as Yul Brunner. Today, it’s part of history. After having met Doctor Cinik, one of the best specialists of hair implants, and decided to entrust his skull to the gifted fingers of this famous surgeon. He didn’t only get his hair back, but also met his wife Fiona, medical photographer, during the operation. And together, they decided to create Body Expert. “The birth of Body Expert is a beautiful suite of hazards and encounters”, explains his founder, who recalls how those events changed his whole life. After having worked in the travel trade industry for more than 20 years, Burak, helped by Fiona and encouraged by Dr Cinik, decided to take his chances in medical tourism, about five years ago. “Our passion for excellence in services, our knowledge of the industry and our own experience in human relationship drive us to follow each of our customers individually. We know how important it is to assist them, from the arrival in Istanbul to the medical and psychological follow-up: if ever they are not fully satisfied, we cover their return to Istanbul”, insists Burak. “We work with our hearts, its the only way to build a reputation that transcends cultures and borders”.
